BOOKING CONDITIONS

DAY 1: AUSTRALIA TO BEIJING | MEALS: IN-FLIGHT

To start off your amazing China Tour, you will leave your departure city and fly to Beijing. Meals and snacks will be provided on the plane.
Note: Some flights may depart the night before or one day later.

DAY 2: BEIJING | MEALS: IN-FLIGHT

Upon your arrival in Beijing, our local representative will meet and greet you at the airport. The local representative will transfer you to your hotel and the rest of the day is yours to explore and relax.

DAY 3: BEIJING | MEALS: B 

Today you have the whole day to enjoy Beijing at leisure and catch your breath. Alternatively, you can explore Beijing by joining our hand-picked optional tours.

Optional Activities (Not Included)
> Imperial Beijing Tour:
On this tour, you'll visit the Forbidden City, the former seat of the emperors throughout the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is a true architectural masterpiece and home to the National Palace Museum. After an included lunch, proceed to the Summer Palace, a former royal retreat and now a lovely part.

Peking-Duck Dinner:
> An authentic Peking Duck Banquet served with all the traditional accompaniments. This iconic dish has been served in Beijing since the imperial era.

DAY 4: BEIJING | MEALS: B

Today's highlight is an excursion to the majestic Great Wall (Juyongguan), the most famous image of China, and a chance to climb a portion of this 3,700-mile marvel. You will also visit one of the largest jade exhibitions in Asia en-route. After lunch, see skilled artisans at work at a cloisonné factory. After our tour, we'll return to the hotel where you may relax or instead, you may wish to take part in an optional excursions to enhance your experience.

> Golden Mask Dynasty:
The large-scale poetic dancing drama, Golden Mask Dynasty Show, is based on a legendary age in China. The Golden Mask Dynasty Show incorporates dancing, lighting and acoustics, acrobatics and some magnificent costumes to recreate the wonderful legend.

DAY 5: BEIJING | MEALS: B

Today is a free leisure day, you can enjoy and relax on your own pace.

> Local Beijing Tour:
This morning you'll take a tour to the Temple of Heaven, recognized by UNESCO, an architectural masterpiece built between 1406 and 1460 AD to be used by the emperors from the Ming and Qing dynasties for ceremonies honouring the god of harvests. Followed by a visit to the Chinese Herbal Institute Tong Ren Tang and to discover the secret of traditional Chinese medicine. Then you'll jump onto the backs of rickshaws and travel through the hutongs of Beijing. These rapidly disappearing traditional neighbourhoods offer a glimpse into the Beijing of the past. At lunch, enjoy a tasty Beijing family style banquet at a local home.

DAY 6: BEIJING - HONG KONG | MEALS: B

Today you'll travel to Hong Kong, a city welcomes with an iconic skyline, a legendary kitchen, and lush, protected nature where rare birds and colourful traditions thrive. Upon arrival, proceed to the shuttle bus counter at airport and travel to hotel for check-in.

DAY 7: HONG KONG | MEALS: B

Today you have free time to explore Hong Kong. Or you can sign up an optional Hong Kong half day tour to have an in-depth view of this city, so called "Oriental Pearl".

> Hong Kong Island Tour:
Start at the Lower Peak Tram Terminus in Central (formerly known as Victoria City) board the city's historic, funicular railway operating since 1888, for the ascent to the renowned Victoria Peak, and enjoy a breath-taking panoramic view of the city, Victoria Harbor, Kowloon Peninsula and beyond. Next, we drive by Repulse Bay, Deepwater Bay well known for its luxury residences and arriving in Aberdeen once a quiet fishing village, but now a bustling district where modernity meets tradition with skyscrapers overlooking a community living on traditional fishing junks. An optional ride on a sampan also known as water taxi can be arranged (at your own expense). This is followed by a visit to a jewellery workshop for a behind-the-scenes look at the fine art that has made Hong Kong the best in Asia. Our next stop is the popular Stanley Market in the quaint village of Stanley on Hong Kong Island's south coast. It has an enormous selection of brand-name clothing items and accessories, jewellery, home furnishings, souvenirs, ornaments and Oriental knick-knacks sold at reasonable prices in a picturesque warren of lanes. You will be also provided a complimentary classic Rickshaw Open Top Bus Ticket to explore Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.

DAY 8: HONG KONG | MEALS: B

After breakfast at the hotel, exploring the city at your leisure or join our optional tour.

> Hong Kong Living Culture Experience:
Experience the city through the eyes of its locals and learn how the city lives and breathes. Starting at the hotel, first you will visit the Former Kowloon-Canton Railway Clock Tower which was erected in 1915. It stands 44 meters tall and is now preserved as Declared Monument-an elegant reminder of the Age of Steam. Walking along the waterfront, visit the Avenue of Stars, Promenade with handprints & plaques honouring Hong Kong film stars, plus a Bruce Lee statue. View HK island Skyline towering over the Victoria Harbor in Tsim Sha Tsui promenade. Then, take a Star Ferry across over the Victoria harbor from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central. Central was developed as the colonial financial center of Hong Kong and is dominated by Western-style architecture, the western district has always served as the commercial center for Chinese Businesses. You will pass through the Mid-Levels Escalator - the world's longest covered escalator system, Pottinger Street Aka Stone Slab Street - build with eco stone not the cement Artificial made material. Last, take a Tramway (DING DING ride) the oldest transport in HK to Tai Yuen Street Market where a traditional market for local people.

> Hong Kong Street Food Tour:
Craving authentic Hong Kong food but not sure where to go? Join the "Kowloon Culinary Wanderwalk" guided food tour through the bustling streets of Jordon and Yau Ma Tei, and experience eating in Hong Kong like the locals! On the night, you will have a chance to taste Hong Kong's famous snacks and street food such as the Hong Kong style Milk tea, Curry Fish ball, Beef Brisket, wonton noodles, pineapple bun etc. (own expense). Moreover, you'll try delicious dim sum, oyster omelet, clay pot rice, fusion desserts and more, with local beers and Chinese tea in a local restaurant (included). Whilst you have your fill, your guide will answer any questions you may have about Hong Kong food culture and let you in on the culinary secrets behind each dish, like the traditional method of making egg noodles by hand! Along the way, you will also get a chance to explore one of Hong Kong's oldest districts and shop at the infamous Temple Street Night Market.

DAY 9: HONG KONG | MEALS: B

After breakfast, your tour guide will transfer you to the airport and head back home.
